bel sent me a link saying that sleeping helps to lose weight.
no wonder ive been putting on weight!
serious deprive of sleep lifestyle is bad!


not that i dn wanna sleep thou.
its just that whenever i go to sleep,
i dream about ...

everything.
and having dreams during sleeping time isnt sleeping at all.
it still makes one tired even after sleeping for 10 hrs?


time to work.
